Return and Exchange Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the purchase process and products ordered.  If you have any questions, concerns or dissatisfaction, please contact our shipping department between 8am – 5pm AKST, Monday – Friday and we will work with you to guarantee your complete approval.  Our standard return policy extends to 30 days from original order purchase, but please call us and we can make exceptions on an order by order basis.
